Pay  – We regularly review our salaries to make sure we are competitive and everyone’s salary is reviewed annually.

OvertimeAt busy times extra pay or time in lieu is offered for working overtime.       

HolidaysUp to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. Obviously if you work part time this will be pro rated.

Flexi timeWe operate a limited flexi system.

PensionWe offer a group flexible retirement plan.  If you contribute 2.2% of your salary, Dodd & Co will contribute 5%.

Salary Sacrifice Our salary sacrifice scheme covers pension contributions, childcare and professional subscriptions allowing an opportunity to save money on tax and NI.

What's the best thing about Dodd & Co? Efficient, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, I have confidence in everyone I have had dealings with. Accounts (which can be confusing to some) are explained well, making them easier to understand. And the worst? Been thinking for a while, and no - I can't actually think of anything! Julie Swan
