What’s it all about and why should I attend?

As an employer, you now have a legal duty to automatically enrol your eligible employees into a Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme by a certain “Staging Date” and you will also have to contribute towards that pension scheme.

Auto enrolment even affects employers that already have a pension scheme in place. So whether your scheme is a “plain vanilla” money purchase scheme or a “with bells on” defined benefit scheme (eg the NHS) we’ll explain all the steps you need to take to make it easy and manage the process.   It need not be a nightmare but it is vital that you plan well ahead and do not underestimate the time you need to get this all sorted!

You’ll leave our seminar feeling much clearer about what the auto enrolment process entails, what you have to do and how to go about doing it, in real practical terms.

As a business, we’ve been through it ourselves and we’ve already helped many of our clients with the process. So you could say we’ve been there, done that and got the t-shirt!

Contact Tessa Robinson to book your free place by emailing tessa.robinson@doddaccountants.co.uk or by telephone on 01228 530913.

You don’t have to be a Dodd & Co client to attend this seminar, all welcome!

The partners and I wanted to thank you again for your work this year on our behalf. We have found, since changing to your firm some time ago, that our lives have been made so much easier! We are very impressed and grateful for your attention to detail, your understanding of our practice and general practice in the whole, the sheer speed and helpfulness of your responses to our requests, questions and need for help. It really does make a difference to have a firm of accountants that understand general practice and the problems that we face, especially recently. We find the meetings with yourselves pleasant, easy to understand and easy to see where we can make improvements. I wish all GPs had accountants like yourselves! I am always happy to recommend to you friends and colleagues and would be more than happy for you to share this personal and practice recommendation with others.   Dr Andrew Dearden Roathwell Surgery (Senior Partner) and Treasurer of the British Medical Association (BMA)
