An average day in the tourism industry? What on earth is that!?  Each day, week, month, season and year brings new challenges.

Each year we analyse the financial results of our clients for benchmarking purposes.  This year we have been slightly tongue in cheek (we know there is no such thing as an average day in the industry) and have documented the average “financial” day in the life of a hotelier (for whatever size hotel or guesthouse you run).

Having previously used the QuickBooks system, I was more than happy to give the Cloud Accounting a go. When I actually sat down and got started it was so much easier than I thought and so quick to input all the information. It just saves so much time. I would definitely recommend it. I'm still at the stage where I need a bit of advice now and again and it's great to know that I can always contact Dodd & Co for support.
