Alison is one of our General Practice Partners with many years of experience in providing advice to all types of family business whether in the form of a company, partnership or sole trader structure. She has expertise in looking after clients in the nursing home sector. She is also responsible for solicitor clients and is a founding member of the Solicitors General Practice Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Alison is also involved in giving courses on matters such as Solicitors Accounts Rules and basic bookkeeping for clients.
Alison was Chairman of the Cumberland Society of Chartered Accountants in 1998/99.
Alison joined us as a student from college and was made a Partner at the beginning of 1999.
