Bevan is one of our tax partners. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and is one of the founder members of the Cumbria and South West Scotland branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He specialises in providing taxation advice to professional firms such as architects, vets and solicitors and also works with several legal firms providing taxation advice to their clients.
Bevan comes from a farming family and uses his knowledge of the agricultural sector to advise farming clients how to structure their business affairs in a tax efficient manner, particularly with regard to Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. He regularly writes articles for regional and national publications on topical issues and also provides seminars on taxation related matters.
Bevan joined the firm in 1995 and was made a partner in January 2006.
