Debs is the Support Department Manager for the Penrith office. Debs has been with the firm since 1991 when she joined the firm straight from school as office junior. After a spell on reception Debs was promoted to Department Manager.
As well as managing a team that supports the rest of the office she gets involved with marketing the firm, health and safety issues and also deals with general office and building maintenance.
