Jackie joined the firm in 1999.
Jackie looks after a growing support department within the Carlisle office, managing workflow, ensuring staff have the right training and liaising with other department managers to ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to our clients.
Jackie is also our marketing manager and works to ensure that the Dodd & Co brand and our "Know how" message is positively received in all our endeavors.
As a credit controller her responsibilities include making sure that we receive payments, that clients are happy with the service provided and support is given.
