Martin is our Corporate Finance specialist and technical audit partner. He worked at Price Waterhouse in London and Edinburgh, advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and raising funds through public and private offerings. He then had four years experience at board level within growing businesses before returning to private practice at Dodd & Co in 1997. He was made a Partner at the beginning of 1999.
Martin is responsible for our audit and advisory services to larger businesses and provides sound and practical advice to business owners to assist them to grow their businesses in a structured and successful manner.
Martin is a member of the Audit Practices Board of the Financial Reporting Council (the body that sets the standards by which audits are performed); and is Vice-Chairman of the Audit Registration Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. |
