We can discuss your requirements with you and recommend the most suitable products for your business from the Sage range. As Sage accredited partners, we have access to products at a discount, which we are able to pass on to our clients, meaning that you get a competitively priced solution.

Our Sage technical team can help you install your new software or upgrade on a PC or network. We will also work with you to identify your business needs and reporting requirements, meaning that we can help you tailor your accounting ledgers to suit your business. Spending some time planning your installation, will mean that you have access to better information on a day-to-day basis to help you make business decisions.
To maintain our accredited status, our team each has to sit and pass annual exams to ensure that they are expert in all areas of the software’s capabilities and are aware of changes in functionality in newer versions. We are able to pass the benefit of this knowledge on to you, either by way of group or one-to-one training for new installations or refresher courses in specific areas of the software. We can provide training in our Carlisle or Penrith offices, or if you prefer we can come to your premises.
We provide dedicated support to deal with any issues you experience while using Sage. This could range from help with basic day-to-day transaction posting, through to assistance with month-end or year-end processes or more technical issues such as restoring backed-up data. Many problems can be dealt with using our telephone support, but we also have remote access functionality meaning that with your permission we can log on to your machine and guide you through the solution.
