With a friendly personality and an enthusiasm for the delivery of superb client care, you will be involved in providing administrative support to every area of the business whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to our office and callers on the phone.

Based in our Administrative Support Department this varied, full time role includes receiving and booking in client records, maintaining databases, responding to emails, producing standard letters, electronic filing, liaising with clients and a range of other administrative tasks.  As we deal with client’s financial affairs confidentiality and integrity are of the utmost importance

You will also provide occasional reception cover, including answering and redirecting calls, and welcoming visitors to the office.

Previous experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident in the use of MS Office and you will be equally comfortable working as part of a team or alone.  You will need to be flexible and prepared, at times, to manage conflicting priorities.  The ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure will be essential.
