We are seeking a full-time experienced and proactive Credit Control Administrator to join our team, to play a key role in ensuring the timely collection of fees.
Working closely with our Credit Control Manager and wider team this is a varied and rewarding role will involve:
- Liaising with clients to set up and manage payment plans
- Reviewing and monitoring payment plans on a regular basis
- Building positive, professional relationships with clients
- Issuing monthly and quarterly statements
- Keeping our credit control systems accurate and up to date
- Producing and analysing monthly reports
The successful candidate will:
- Be approachable, professional, and confident speaking with clients, mainly on the phone
- Have strong negotiation skills and comfortable handling sometimes difficult conversations in a calm and professional way
- Be well organised, able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
- Have good attention to detail, producing consistently accurate work
- Be confident in the use of outlook and excel (experience of working with accountancy software be helpful, but is not essential)
