ACA Trainee Chartered Accountant - Graduate Opportunity

So, what will you need to apply?

Taking a minimum of three years to complete, the training involves intensive tutoring, self-study and exams. Yes, at times it can be challenging…but it IS worth it in the end!

To apply you must be numerate, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and must have a minimum 2:1 degree (achieved or predicted).

AAT Accountancy Trainee

The AAT route into accountancy is a great starting point for a career at Dodd & Co. With an emphasis on workplace learning our training scheme incorporates the nationally recognised AAT (Association of Accounting Technician) qualification, with the opportunity on completion to progress on all the way up to level 7.

So, what will you need to apply?

Committed to a career in accountancy and to the delivery of excellent service, you will be motivated to succeed, naturally organised, numerate, with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position and the majority of learning will take place in the workplace. You will attend training with an external training provider each week and some home study will also be required.

To apply you must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English and 2 A levels grade C or above.

Start date: September 2024 (pre-training employment opportunities available).

ATT Tax Trainee

Dodd & Co fully support professional development with our tax training scheme incorporating the nationally recognised ATT (Association of Taxation Technician) qualification, and offering the opportunity on completion to progress to level 7 CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser).

So, what will you need to apply?

Committed to a career in tax and to the delivery of excellent service, you will be motivated to succeed, naturally organised, numerate, with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

This full-time position involves assisting in the preparation of tax returns and tax computations, and advising on taxation matters providing excellent opportunities for the on the job development of your knowledge and skills.

In addition you will attend technical training with an external training provider on a regular basis.  Some home study will also be required.

To apply you must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English and 2 A levels grade C or above.

This vacancy would suit a recent graduate seeking their first role.  Training will be tailored to individual needs.
