Pay  – We regularly review our salaries to make sure we are competitive and everyone’s salary is reviewed annually.

OvertimeAt busy times extra pay or time in lieu is offered for working overtime.       

Salary Sacrifice Our salary sacrifice scheme covers pension contributions and childcare allowing an opportunity to save money on tax and NI.

HolidaysUp to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. Obviously if you work part time this will be pro rated.

We are a relatively new, and potentially high growth, start up business. Alison Johnston has provided help over the last 6 months regarding access to funding, financial recording and general support without being intrusive. She has been a good sounding board which was much needed in the early days of the business.
