Helen, a former QEGS student who studied at Sheffield Hallam University, joined the payroll team at Dodd & Co in 2006. She has particular expertise in GP practices and the different rules and procedures involved with the NHS pension schemes. Helen is the team manager at our Penrith Office and with her colleagues helps our clients with their payroll and automatic enrolment processing.   Helen enjoys the diversity of the role and particularly building on her knowledge in specialist areas such as healthcare.  She also helps clients who run their own payroll and can assist with the set up and processing of many of the cloud based payroll software used.

Since starting using QuickBooks my bookkeeping is so much quicker, easier to manage and professional. I used to allocate half a day per month to invoicing, now it’s half an hour! Jay and the team at Dodd & Co provided comprehensive training and they’re always on hand to help if I have a query. I’d strongly recommend QuickBooks and the cloud accounting team, it’s a very worthwhile small investment.
