Julie joined Dodd & Co in 2014 and manages our payroll services department.   Julie has a wealth of knowledge and experience having always worked in the financial sector formerly in the banking industry then moving to a career in the accountancy profession.

Julie’s role involves working with the payroll team to help our all our clients with their payroll needs.  From calculating and processing their payroll and reporting to HMRC according to Real Time Information (RTI) regulations, or assisting with statutory payment calculations.  Pension auto enrolment is a legal requirement that will affect all employers and Julie heads up a team of auto enrolment specialists to help our clients comply with their duties by explaining the decisions that need to be made, creating an individual plan and ensuring deadlines and timescales are met.
