Opening TeamViewer in Internet Explorer

— When prompted click Run

Opening TeamViewer in Mozilla FireFox

— Click Save File when prompted

— You now need to go to your download section on the FireFox toolbar

— Click on the TeamViewerQS.exe link then click Run when prompted

 

Opening TeamViewer in Google Chrome

— After downloading, click on the TeamViewerQS.exe link at the bottom left of the Chrome window

— Click Run when prompted

 

TeamViewer should then automatically open as below. 

Please tell your support operative Your ID and Password to start the remote support session.

Since starting to use QuickBooks only a few months ago we are noticing a big difference in the running of our business. Paying suppliers is much quicker and it is very clear exactly what is outstanding at any moment in time. Emma, Kristina and the team at Dodd & Co were very supportive through our transition from paper books. The training was thorough and the many questions we've had are answered very quickly.
